I recently received my EMA bonus and thankfully I don’t plan on spending it.
Nope, it’s gone straight into my savings account and it’s starting to look really healthy
So, I’ve started looking at car insurance companies in hope I’ll find some new ones and with any luck some cheaper ones.
Now the cheapest I’ve found was thanks to GoCompare.com and it was with a company called Thames City and they quoted me just over £900 a year now when you take into consideration, I’m only 19 and I’ve had my license for 5months so I’m still considered a NEW driver… That quote is VERY cheap!!!! The likes of Direct Line etc are quoting my £1,800+ a year, it’s CRAZY!!
I’ve really started getting excited again about getting a car, although I know it wont happen for sometime yet..
I’m defiantly going to look into getting a job, weather its just a weekend job or maybe wait until the summer and get a job then… Although what worries me is, what happens if I get college work to do over the holidays? And when will I get to see my boyfriend? on the plus side as soon as I get my car, I can get down to Kent to more Ben Mills’ gigs and I can see my boyfriend a bit more often…. Well, I’m hoping too!! We can do more stuff together, ie go on little holidays… Of course if funds let us, I’m just not sure how I’m going to manage my time what with colleging, working and still being able to see my boyfriend… There’s just not enough hours in the day
I have also started selling things on Ebay again, in hope I can manage to sell a few things and get some money from it.
So if anyone is interested in learning to play the guitar, I have a 2disc Interactive Guitar Course PC-CD Rom on there at the minute, starting bid; £10.00 and P&P £1.50… Click HERE
On a happier note, my blog has had 29 hits and it’s not been up for a week yet!! (A week tomorrow…. woot!)
So I just want to say thanks to all my readers, please leave comments… I don’t bite
I’ll blog again sooon xx
